Miami Air International End of Year Gala
Miami Air International reaches back out to Diversity Events for their professional services, but this time it would be the best of them all. As known experts, Diversity Events turned this blank slate setting at one of MIA hangers into an elegant Gala! This perfect location with beautiful views 
accommodated 225 guests, entertained by bilingual DJ/EMCEE with special festival lighting. A professional photographer was hired to capture all the enjoyment at this event.
The table setting had holiday colored linens and a floral candlelit centerpiece. China and candle cane greeting notes were placed on the tables to welcome the guests. The Chiavari chairs added that needed pop of gold to complement the setting for this festival Gala.
The guest was presented with a customized menu that began with an array of seafood and Spanish passed tapas, and a glass of wine. Preset spring salad garnished with feta cheese was placed on each guest seating. The main dish was a choice of three paellas served with green bean almondine and sweet plantains. The four-course meal ended with a Dou dessert plate of guava cheesecake and key lime cream Brulee. This Gala had signature drinks made by the best bartenders in town that helped get the party started.
Lots of hard work went to make it exactly what the client wanted, but for Diversity Events, it was nothing they couldn't handle.
